8 Tips To Keep Skin Young

1. CHANGE YOUR EATING HABITS

Good-looking foods are the secret to keeping baby’s skin. On the menu: kiwis, tomatoes, carrots, oranges, spinach … in a word, fill up on fruits and vegetables. Rich in antioxidants, they will help your body fight free radicals responsible for premature aging.

By eating a lot of vegetables, preferably fresh, so you do good to your skin but also to your line! Not to mention that you will also be full of vitamins for a real vital boost.

5. AVOID THE SUN

For you, it’s totally impossible not to have a little sunbath while we are in summer? Good news: you can bask in the sun, but to keep skin young, you must still expose you in moderation and under conditions.

7. SLEEP WELL ENOUGH

To delay the appearance of wrinkles as much as possible and to have firmer skin longer, it is advisable to sleep at least eight hours a day and at regular times.

8. RELAX

Stress increases the production of free radicals. However, when it  exceeds the defense capabilities of the body, it promotes the premature aging of cells and therefore the appearance of wrinkles.

To avoid this, you must be as relaxed as possible: so do sports, meditation, massages, take a vacation and avoid taking things too much to heart in the office. The most important thing is to stay calm, so when you feel the stress rising , blow a good blow and try to let go.

Having a young skin requires a healthy lifestyle and healthy habits every day. The sun is one of the first factors of premature aging of the skin, so it is from him that we must first be wary.
